Inclusion Criteria
Children between 6months to 6years of age with acute
febrile illness without seizures
Exclusion Criteria
1.Developmental delay or cerebral palsy child
2. Children on antiepileptic drugs
3.Neurological deficits
4.Documented CNS infections
5. Epilepsy or metabolic seizures
6. Children on magnesium supplement
7. Children with syndromic features
8.Severe malnourished child.
