- •3. Chronic (=3 months) lumbar facet
- •pain symptoms
- •4. Successful CT-guided facet infiltration (= 50%

- •5. Voluntary Participation and Written Consent

- •1. Previous operation in the segment relevant to the study
- •2. Significantly increased surgical risk (=ASA 4)
- •3. Incapacitated patients, e.g. in cognitive
