Title - A RANDOMISED CONTROLLED TRIAL TO EVALUATE THE EFFICACY OF SHUNTHI BILWA KASHAYA IN GARBHINI CHARDI w.s.r.t EMESIS GRAVIDARUM.
According to inclusion and exclusion criteria
Group A 40 patients and Group B 40 patients will be selected
Group A ( intervention ) will be given shunthi bilwa kashaya 100ml empty stomach OD for 7 days
Group B ( control/ comparative ) will be given Tab Doxinate 10mg empty stomach OD for 7 days
Total Duration of study is 1 year 6 months.

Inclusion Criteria
- •1 Pregnant females diagnosed as garbhini chardi in first trimester of pregnancy of any gravida 2 ANC profile already done by patient.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1 Hyperemesis Gravidarum 2 Pregnant woman suffering from severe infections such as TORCH etc 3 Pregnant woman suffering from systemic disorders such as DM HTN THYROID etc 4 Pregnant woman on other medications such as Antibiotics Antifungal etc.

Primary Outcomes
To Evaluate and Compare the Efficacy of Shunthi-Bilwa Kashaya and Tablet Doxinate in Garbhini Chardi w.s.r.t. Emesis Gravidarum.
Time Frame: 1st Visit - Baseline | 2nd Visit - 3rd day | 3rd Visit - 7th day | 4th Visit 15th day
