1) Patient willing to give consent.
2) Patients undergoing elective surgery with well-controlled hypertension
with medication and BP <140/90 mm of hg.
3))American Society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) Grade II.
1) Anticipated difficult airway or difficult intubation (inter- incisor gap < 2.5 cm, MPG grading 3 & 4).
2) Obesity (BMI >30 Kg /m2).
3) History of coronary artery disease, Cervico-spinal disease, gastroesophageal reflux, Chronic respiratory, kidney, and liver diseases.
4) Pregnancy.
5) Drug allergy.
