Inclusion Criteria
1. Participants whose Hgb A1C is more than 6.5
2. Participants whose risk of fall lies between low risk to high risk based on Tinetti
score.
3. Those that have the ability to understand and follow instructions.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Participants who have diabetes-related complications like peripheral neuropathy,
diabetic foot ulcers, and retinopathy.
2. Participants who have had recent episodes of stroke or heart attack.
