Inclusion Criteria

- Diagnosed as spastic CP by doctors from their medical history
- Age between 8 and 18 years
- Gross Motor Function Classification System Expanded and Revised (GMFCS-E&R) level I-V
- Willingness to participate in the study

- Ability to follow the study commands
- Able to sit or stand until finishing spirometer testing protocol
- Able to read and understand the informed consent document

Exclusion Criteria

Acute or current respiratory infection
- Any clinically significant cardiovascular, neurological, renal, endocrine, gastrointestinal, hepatic or haematological abnormalities which are uncontrolled with standard treatment
- Underlying conditions such as blindness or deafness and mental retardation
