- •Center for Epidemiological Studies Depression Scale >16, cut off for depressive disorder
- •aged =18 bis =70 Jahre, not severely overweight (BMI 18.5-35 kg/m²), fluent in German, only minor experiences in bouldering or climbing (1x/month at max and not regularly), general fitness, opportunity of full participation
排除标准
- •severe physical and mental disease precluding from taking part in a sport intervention
- •other: age <18 und >70, BMI <18 und >35kg/m², specific mental disorders in the last 6 months (e.g., psychosis, addiction, mania, hurting themselves or others), current psychotherapy (or being on a wait-list), current intake of psychotropic drugs, acute suicidal tendency, in women: current pregnancy or breast feeding
