Inclusion Criteria

1) Patients of either gender aged more than 18 years, baseline IOP more than18mmHg ,with a diagnosis in each eye of either:

2) Ocular hypertension

3) Chronic or primary open angle glaucoma

4) Chronic angle closure glaucoma with patent PI

5) Pseudoexfoliative glaucoma

6) Pigmentary glaucoma

Exclusion Criteria

1) Known allergy, contraindication, hypersensitivity, or contraindication to the study medication or any of its components

2) active ocular disease other than glaucoma or OHT (except chronic mild blepharitis, cataract, age-related macular degeneration, or background diabetic retinopathy, which could be enrolled at the discretion of the investigator)

3) recent or anticipated changes in therapy for chronic conditions with agents that could affect IOP

4) corneal abnormalities that could preclude accurate IOP readings with applanation tonometry

5)use of corticosteroids within defined exclusion periods prior to baseline and through the study period

6) incisional surgery or laser procedure within defined exclusion periods prior to baseline
