- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method It is expected that Shock Wave Therapy can facilitate the release of fibrous connections or promote inhibition of the Golgi Tendon Organ and, thus, favor greater range of knee extensor movement, providing better conditions in the rehabilitation process.;The SWT applied to the iliopsoas, tibial ischium and gastrocnemius muscles brought partial responses with a positive effect on the range of movement of the knee and pelvic retroversion, in the acute condition (after one application of the technique) and even more important effects in the condition after six sessions of SWT
