In the intragroup comparisons, significant improvements were observed in Quality of QUEST and JHFT scores for all groups compared to pre-intervention (p<.05). The BBT scores showed a statistically significant difference in the more affected side of the experimental group (p<.05). There were significant differences between the experimental and control groups in the scores of the KGMFM-88 and KPBS (P<.05). In the intergroup comparisons, the experimental group showed statistically significant improvements in QUEST and JHFT scores compared to the control group (p<.05). The BBT scores improved in the experimental group compared to the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant.

- •Criteria for inclusion were a spastic hemiplegic cerebral palsy diagnosis between the ages of 6 and 19, and gross motor function classification system (GMFCS) levels 1 or 2.
排除标准
- •Children with severe cognitive, behavioral, visual, or auditory impairments, or other neurological conditions, or did not participate in all sessions were excluded.
