入选标准
- •1. Female patients at Infertility Unit who have indications for in vitro fertilization.
- •2. IVF using embryo cryopreservation according to the opinion of the obstetrician or have indications such as
- •- Have more than 20 oocytes.
- •- Endometrium has an inappropriate condition for embryo transfer.
- •- Genetic diagnosis is needed before embryo transfer
- •3. Women aged 18-45 years.
- •4. Those who volunteered to participate in research projects.
排除标准
- •1. Contraindications of combined oral contraceptive pills include:
- •a. Women with history of abnormalities in the circulatory system especially the abnormalities related to thrombosis, deep vein thrombosis, pulmonary embolism, coronary heart disease or at other parts of the body.
- •b. Women with history of stroke.
- •c. Symptoms that are suspected to be myocardial infarction or cerebrovascular disease.
- •d. Migraine with symptoms such as vision disorders, aphasia and motor weakness.
- •e. Diabetes with vascular complications.
- •f. Pancreatitis related to high blood cholesterol.
- •g. Jaundice or severe liver disease
- •h. Cancer that may be stimulated by sex hormones such as breast cancer or genital organ cancer.
- •i. Liver tumor both mild and severe types.
- •j. Undiagnosed abnormal vaginal bleeding
- •k. Allergic to ethinyl estradiol or desogestrel
- •l. Smoker over the age of 35.
- •2. Ovarian cysts occur before the IVF process.
