1. SPADI score greater than 20 but less than 80.
2. Normal Findings on Plain Radiograph
3. Patients who are willing to sign the informed consent.
1. H/of recent upper extremity injury and/or fractures,
2. K/C/ of patients with uncontrolled Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus
3. K/C/of thoracic outlet syndrome,
4. K/C/of carpal tunnel syndrome,
5. K/C/of stroke with residual upper extremity involvement,
6. K/C/of rheumatic conditions and known connective tissue diseases,
7. H/O Cardiac disease
8. Pregnancy and lactating women
9. H/O Active infection, or chronic or persistent infection that might worsen with immunosuppressive treatment (e.g., HIV, hepatitis B virus, hepatitis C virus, tuberculosis, [TB])

Name Time Method To observe the changes occurring in treatment group & control group using SPADI score. <br/ ><br>To observe the Siddha basic principles En vagai thervu, Manikkadai Nool in Kumba Vatham patients. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: 3 years
