Inclusion Criteria
Users diagnosed with arterial hypertension for at least 6 months, be registered in the study FHS; be at least 18 years of age; preserved cognitive and auditory capacity; availability to participate in nursing consultations; both genders
Exclusion Criteria
Being pregnant; have chronic complications such as: bedridden elderly, patients with advanced Alzheimer's or mental disability attested by a health report

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method It is expected that the participants that make up the intervention group, obtain an improvement in the control of blood pressure levels. An improvement of 20% in these levels is expected when compared to the control group, measured using the omron brand digital blood pressure meter in pre- and post-intervention measurements.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method It is hoped to achieve a better quality of nursing care provided to users with chronic non-communicable diseases, especially systemic arterial hypertension.
