Inclusion Criteria

According to the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Aneurysmal Subarachnoid Hemorrhage, published by the Stroke Prevention and Control Engineering Committee of the National Health and Family Planning Commission in 2016, a head CT scan indicating subarachnoid hemorrhage, along with confirmation of an intracranial aneurysm using CT angiography (CTA), digital subtraction angiography (DSA), or magnetic resonance angiography (MRA), is required.The diagnosis of spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage is based on the Chinese Guidelines for the Clinical Management of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2023 and the American Heart Association/American Stroke Association Guidelines for the Management of Spontaneous Intracerebral Hemorrhage 2022. It requires CT confirmation of a hemorrhagic lesion in the brain parenchyma, while ruling out secondary causes such as trauma and vascular diseases, as described below.

Exclusion Criteria
  1. Exclude traumatic subarachnoid hemorrhage, hematologic diseases, coagulation disorders, hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage with intraventricular extension, arteriovenous malformations (AVM) and other intracranial vascular malformations, moyamoya disease, intracranial tumor stroke, pseudoaneurysms, etc.<br>2) Exclude congenital hydrocephalus and hydrocephalus that existed prior to subarachnoid hemorrhage.<br>3) Exclude pregnant patients.<br>4) Exclude patients with age less than 18 years
