1. Children aged between 4 years to 10 years of either sex.
2. Children having weight for age between 70 - 79% of appropriate for age. (IAP Classification for Nutritional grade – Grade 1)
3. Repeated illness like respiratory tract infections, gastrointestinal infections etc
4. Child / parents of Child willing to participate in trial and able to participate for one month.
5. Child whose parents complain that he/she falls sick more often.
6. Lehan yog as mentioned in kashyap samhita e.g children who were/are not properly breastfed having sleep disturbances, constipation, vataj and pittaj disorders etc.
1. Children below 4 years and above 10 years of age.
2. Children with hypersensitivity disorder.
3. Children with any genetic disorder.
4. Children with any systemic or congenital anomalies.
5. Immunocompromised child.
6. Children suffering from any psychological illness.
7. Children having severe intellectual disability and mental retardation.
8. Lehan ayogya as mentioned in kashyap samhita are excluded like Children suffering from atisaar, chardi, jwar ,shwas ,kamla, pandu, shoth, hridya rog etc during trial.
