入排标准
入选标准
- •Patients with bilateral impacted mandibular third molars leading to radiographic bone loss of >3 mm distal to second molar.
排除标准
- •1.Medically compromised and pregnant patients.
- •2.Patients with abnormal platelet counts ( <2,00,000 /mm3).
- •3.Patients with non-salvageable or missing second molars.
- •4.Patients with smoking and tobacco habit(s).
- •5.Patients with unacceptable oral hygiene (Plaque index >3) 1 week after oral prophylaxis.
- •6.Patients on medications which may interfere with wound healing.
