1. Teeth which needs extraction due to fracture of root residual roots, internal and external resorption, endodontic failures, non-restorable carious lesions, over-retained deciduous teeth.
2. Good oral hygiene with full mouth plaque score <=25%
3. Thick gingival biotype.
4. Intact alveolar bony walls appeared both clinically and radiographically.
5. Atleast 4mm bone must be present below root apex.
6. D1, D2 bone quality.
7. The horizontal distance between the implant body and inner surface of buccal wall should be more than 1.5 mm.
1. Compromised general health conditions that would compromise the bone healing process e.g. (diabetes, blood disorders, osteoporosis and allergies to titanium etc).
2. Severe maxilla-mandibular space discrepancies.
3. Para functional habits (bruxism or clenching).
4. Teeth with interdental spacing/ Proclinated teeth/Rotated or mal-aligned anterior teeth.
5. History of alcoholism, excessive smoking or drug abuse.
6. D-3 and D-4 bone quality.
7. Width of keratinized gingiva less than 2mm at implant site.
8. Debilitating tempromandibular (TMJ) joint pathosis.
9. Untreated dental diseases.
10. Pregnant and lactating mother.
