入选标准
- •1. Cricket bowlers, basketball and football athletes who are undergoing structured training program.
- •2. Age group between 18-25 years.
- •3. Being free of any injury in lower extremities during the previous 2 months at the time of initiation of study.
- •4. Both male and female athletes.
排除标准
- •1. Players who had attended any type of proprioceptive training in last one year.
- •2. History of any lower limb surgery
- •3. Any medical condition due to which athlete is on medication during course of the study.
- •4 Presence of any neurological dysfunction or cardiorespiraory disorder
