入选标准
- •All the cases of keloids irrespective of gender, site of involvement, duration of lesions to be included in the study if they are
- •1. Keloid of size <= 5 cm in any dimension.
- •2. Multiple keloids <= 5 in numbers.
排除标准
- •1.Age less than 12 years
- •2.Pregnant and lactating women.
- •3.Keloids with concomitant infection.
- •4.Coexisting inflammation in adjacent skin secondary to dermatological diseases (such as psoriasis, lichen planus, eczemas, etc.)
- •5.Patients with unrealistic expectations or psychiatric illnesses.
- •6.Preexisting bleeding disorder, renal or hepatic diseases
