Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • All the cases of keloids irrespective of gender, site of involvement, duration of lesions to be included in the study if they are
  • 1\. Keloid of size \<\= 5 cm in any dimension.
  • 2\. Multiple keloids \<\= 5 in numbers.

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\.Age less than 12 years
  • 2\.Pregnant and lactating women.
  • 3\.Keloids with concomitant infection.
  • 4\.Coexisting inflammation in adjacent skin secondary to dermatological diseases (such as psoriasis, lichen planus, eczemas, etc.)
  • 5\.Patients with unrealistic expectations or psychiatric illnesses.
  • 6\.Preexisting bleeding disorder, renal or hepatic diseases
