Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •All the cases of keloids irrespective of gender, site of involvement, duration of lesions to be included in the study if they are
- •1\. Keloid of size \<\= 5 cm in any dimension.
- •2\. Multiple keloids \<\= 5 in numbers.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Age less than 12 years
- •2\.Pregnant and lactating women.
- •3\.Keloids with concomitant infection.
- •4\.Coexisting inflammation in adjacent skin secondary to dermatological diseases (such as psoriasis, lichen planus, eczemas, etc.)
- •5\.Patients with unrealistic expectations or psychiatric illnesses.
- •6\.Preexisting bleeding disorder, renal or hepatic diseases
