Inclusion Criteria

Healthy Indian population between the age of 18 to 35 years, both sex who can read and write English are included in all the below groups.

Group 1 (Control group)- Healthy volunteers who have a sedentary lifestyle not actively involving any type of exercises.

Group 2 (Aerobic exercise) â?? Participants involved actively in either of these (Brisk walking/ jogging / cycling / swimming) exercise for 50 minutes at least 3-4 times in a week (de Brito et al.)

Group 3- (Resistant exercise) include- Participants involved actively in 6 exercises(chest /shoulder/legs/ back / arm/calf) , 3 sets at 40% 1RM (Repetition maximum) with 45-s rest periods or 10 reps at 80% 1RM with 60-s rest periods for 3-4 times in a week (Rezk et al. (2006))

Group 4 â?? (Yoga practice)- Participants involved actively in Yogic practices for minimum of 45 minutes every day (except menstruation days in females)- which includes following set of asanas: Trikonasana, Parshvakonasana, Paschimottanasana, Purvottanasana, janushirshasana, pavanamuktasana, bhujangasana, shalabhasana,paryankasana,pasottasnasana. (Pitale et al. 2015)

Exclusion Criteria

Based on health history, subjects should be free from any chronic illness that could alter cardiovascular autonomic function or on any regular medications that affect autonomic system. Subjects should not smoke or consume coffee/any stimulant on the day of testing. Subject who canâ??t follow English language will be excluded.
