Inclusion Criteria
- •All Adult Patients, over 18 years of age, undergoing major abdominal surgeries under general anaesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patient refusal
- •2\. Morbid obesity (BMI \= 40\)
- •3\. Vertebral column anomaly
- •4\. Local infection at the site
- •5\. Coagulopathy/ Patients on anticoagulants
- •6\. Patients requiring postoperative mechanical ventilation
