Inclusion Criteria
All Adult Patients, over 18 years of age, undergoing major abdominal surgeries under general anaesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patient refusal
2. Morbid obesity (BMI = 40)
3. Vertebral column anomaly
4. Local infection at the site
5. Coagulopathy/ Patients on anticoagulants
6. Patients requiring postoperative mechanical ventilation
