Inclusion Criteria
1. Adults who are capable of giving informed consent and willing to participate in the study.
2. Unilateral surgically operated hemimaxillectomy patients.
Exclusion Criteria
1. People with debilitating diseases and other co-morbidities.
2. People under medication with immunosuppressant drugs.
3. People under anti inflammatory drugs for other chronic diseases like arthritis, osteoporosis etc.
4. People undergoing radiation.
