- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Basic research is carried out with the aim of expanding the knowledge of the forefoot amputees gait biomechanics. In doing so, forces and loads are to be determined as a function of different aspects such as, for example, amputation level, stump shape, walking and running speed as well as footwear. Kinematic data is generated using video analysis, kinetic parameters could be measured via an instrumented treadmill.

The generated values ??serve as the basis for the comparison of the actual condition with the standard supply (silicone prosthesis), the patient-specific device and the literary values ??of healthy subjects.

The comparison takes into account, for example, gaitparameters (speed, step length, cadent, etc.), CoP (lateral displacement of the body's center point, length of the gaitline), ground reaction forces (pressures, vertical ground reaction forces) and angular trajectories.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method By means of a questionnaire, the satisfaction of the subject is determined with reference to the patient-specific prosthesis.
