Diagnosis of acute optic neuritis
- 18 years and older
- Person capable of giving consent
- Person has health insurance (for clarification of possible incidental findings)
- Written consent to participate in the present study
Pregnancy at study inclusion, Relevant concomitant condition considered limiting to study feasibility (e.g., reduced general health due to comorbidities, obesity per magna, acute need for treatment for mental illness, dementia-related syndrome), Insufficient ability to cooperate
