- •1\. Within specified age range English Speaking European: 40 \- 70 years, South Asian: 30 \- 70 years
- •2\. Able to attend educational sessions
- •3\. Diagnosed with impaired glucose tolerance (IGT)
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Diagnosed with diabetes
- •2\. Unable to attend group education sessions
