patient suffering from disease since atleast 3 years
Amavata will be diagnosed according to the clinical features described in Madhav nidan
patient should fulfill the 2010 ACR EULAR criteria
Exclusion Criteria
Patient Having severe crippling bone deformities
Patient suffering from paralysis or any type of arthropathy such as neoplasm of spine Gout Ankylosing spondylitis Traumatic arthritis Pyogenic osteomyelitis
Patients having associated Cardiac disease tuberculosis malignant Hypertension Impairement of Liver function and Renal Functions Malignancy HIV AIDS
Pregnant women and lactating mother
