Inclusion Criteria
Patients with distorsion of the upper ankle joint and lesions of the external ligaments.
Participants who are able to understand the research project
Adult patients (age <18 years and <44 years)
Exclusion Criteria
Orthopedic, neurological or muscular diseases which affect their movement
Diseases with an increased tendency to fall
An implanted pacemaker
Patients unable to give consent
Age under 18 and over 44 years
Pregnant patients
Obese patients with a BMI> 35

Name Time Method The examination of the available orthetics on the upper ankle joint (using modern physiotherapeutic measuring systems) in the course of 12 weeks for each patient from his belonging group and comparison of the patient groups with each other.
