- •BMI Upto 30 kg/m2
- •Duration of surgery Upto 180 minutes

- •Allergic to local anaesthetic
- •Coagulopathy/bleeding disorder
- •Infection at the site of block
- •Pre-existing neurological deficit or neuropathy involving surgical limb
