简要总结

This randomized, parallel-group study aims to compare the effects of capacitive (CET) and resistive (RET) modes of TECAR therapy combined with conventional exercises on pain, functional impairment, proprioception, and dynamic balance in individuals with grade II knee osteoarthritis. Forty-eight participants in total will be randomly allocated into two groups (twenty-four participants per group). Group A will receive CET mode TECAR therapy with standardized exercises, while Group B will receive RET mode TECAR therapy with the same exercise protocol. Interventions will be delivered three times per week for four weeks. Outcomes will include pain intensity, functional scores, joint position sense, and dynamic balance, assessed at baseline and post-intervention. The study aims to determine which TECAR mode provides superior clinical benefits in knee osteoarthritis grade II.
