- •Patient of any parity will be included

- •Perineal tear
- •Blood coagulopathy
- •Severe vulval edema due to preeclampsia
- •Immunocompromised patient
- •Patient with fever local sepsis and systemic disease
- •Systemic disease like HTN
- •Fungal infection
