入选标准
- •They all have general health and their gestational diabetes will be confirmed by a doctor.
- •All participants are between the ages of 20 and 40.
- •All participants follow their normal diet.
- •All participants have not participated in sports activities in the last six months.
- •All participants do not have a history of premature birth.
- •All participants do not need prenatal care.
排除标准
- •Absent more than 2 to 5 training sessions alternately during the training period.
- •Musculoskeletal injury occurs during the exercise program
- •Use other sports supplements.
