•Repeated involuntary voiding of urine into bed.
•Frequency At least 2 episodes per week for a minimum of 3 consecutive
•Age Child is equal or more than 5 years.
•Not attributable to direct physiological effect of a substance (diuretics) or another medical condition. (e.g., diabetes mellitus type-1, seizures, urinary tract infection).

•Child aged less than 5 years and more than 12 years will be excluded from
•Cases of Non-monosymptomatic Nocturnal Enuresis will be excluded from the study.
•Cases with history of urinary tract infection (within the preceding 3 months), renal disease, hypertension or abnormality, neurological disease,
•mental retardation or psychological disease. Cases with polyuric disorders (diabetes mellitus type-1 or diabetes insipidus) will be excluded from this
