入选标准
- •1. Patients with a diagnosis of knee OA follow to the American College of Rheumatology criteria
- •2. Patients had a severity of mild to moderate degree of knee OA by Kellgren-Lawrence scores
- •3. Patients who had knee pain at 50-mm of VAS or more
- •4. Patients were willing to join the study and provided informed consent.
排除标准
- •1. Patients who had a UltraTENS experience (could not blinded)
- •2. Patients who had a contraindication for treatment with UT or TENS
- •3. Patients who had a hypersensitivity to Piroxicam gel
- •4. Patients who had a history of surgery at knee joint
- •5. Patients who had an underlying disease of rheumatoid arhritis, gouty arthritis or other chronic systematic inflammatory disease.
