The outbreak ofCOVID-19 started in December 2019, in Wuhan, China.China has accumulated huge clinicalexperience and reported about epidemiological, clinical, laboratory, andimaging features. **In India,atthe time of writing there are around 1.4 lakhs confirmed cases of COVID-19 outof which approximately 3800 are dead.**Asfar as Tuberculosis is concerned, World health organisation (WHO)statistics for 2011 giving an estimated incidence figure of 2.2 million casesof TB for India out of a global incidence of 9.6 million cases. In India each year, approximately220,000 deaths are reported due to Tuberculosis. This publichealth problemis the world’s largest Tuberculosis epidemic. Keeping in mind the effectsof Tuberculosis in India and its imaging wise similarities with COVID-19, it isnecessary to develop some imaging protocols which can differentiate TB fromCOVID-19 on HRCT thorax .
This paper attempts to indicate the imaging findingsin COVID patients associated with Tuberculosis and hence to differentiate theboth similarly looking entity on HRCT thus leading to effective managementaccordingly.

- •1.COVID 19 positive patients with imaging features suggestive of exposure to M.
- •Tuberculosis.
- •2.Those COVID positive patients who have undergone both HRCT and IGRA.
排除标准
- •COVID 19 negative patients Absence of any evidence of TB on imaging Those who have not undergone IGRA Those who have refused IV contrast study when indicated.
