Inclusion Criteria

1) It meets the above-mentioned western diagnostic criteria for stroke and has been confirmed by head CT or MRI imaging examination;
2) 45 = Age =75
3) Cognitive impairment confirmed by MoCA scale screening: MoCA< 26.
4) Course of disease within 6 months after stroke;
5) His condition is stable and he is conscious;
6) Informed consent signed by the patient himself or his immediate family member.

Exclusion Criteria

1) Those with severe visual or hearing impairment or mental disorders that affect cognitive tests;
2) History of obvious mental retardation and dementia before onset;
3) Complicated with serious heart, liver and kidney disease failure, malignant tumor, massive gastrointestinal bleeding and other diseases;
4) Pregnant and lactating women;
5) Participants in other clinical trials that affect the evaluation of the study results.
