Inclusion Criteria

1.ASA II 2.Age 18-45 years 3.Full term pregnancy undergoing elective or emergency caesarean section under subarachnoid block

Exclusion Criteria

1.Patient refusal 2.Language barrier 3.Illiterate patient 4.Known psychiatric illness 5.Patients on anti anxiety or antidepressant medications 6Bad obstetric history, complicated pregnancy or having congenital fetal anomaly
