1)Unilateral shoulder pain, with or without limited shoulder movement. 2)A maximum pain score of equal or less than 5/10 on a numerical rating scale (NRS). 3)Shoulder muscle MMT 4. 4)Scapular assistance test. 5)Scapular retraction test. 6)Type 1 and 2 of scapular dyskinesis seen on observation. 7)Patients volunteered to participate in the study and signed informed consent
1)The presence of any shoulder problem contraindicating exercises of the shoulder
joint such as active inflammatory disease. 2)Active infection. 3)Recent subluxations or dislocations. 4)Fractures. 5)Surgeries near the shoulder region. 6)Patients with scoliosis or acute cervical spondylosis. 7)The flexion or abduction angle of the shoulder less than 90. 8)Patients who refuse to accept the treatment.
