入选标准
- •> 60 year adult patients undergoing elective right breast ca. surgery or laparoscopic cholecystectomy who agreed to participate
排除标准
- •previous history of heart surgery, moderate to severe valvular diseases, severely depressed ejection fraction, atrial fibrillation, hemodynamically unstable state, allergy to anesthetic drugs, tachycardia, difficulty of probing at the site of transthoracic echocardiography exam (due to skin wound, plasters etc)
