- •ASA GRADE 1 and 2
- •Weight (40-75)KG
- •Patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy under general anaesthesia
排除标准
- •1. Patients not willing to participate in study
- •2. History of allergy to study drugs
- •3. BMI >30 kg/m2
- •4. Patients having renal or hepatic
- •insufficiency,
- •neurologic and psychiatric disease
- •5. Preoperative heart rate <45/min
- •6. Patients on antihypertensive medication with
- •any alpha 2 adrenergic agonist e.g clonidine
- •7. If laparoscopic cholecystectomy converted to
- •open cholecystectomy
