- •ASA GRADE 1 and 2
- •Weight (40\-75\)KG
- •Patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy under general anaesthesia
排除标准
- •1\. Patients not willing to participate in study
- •2\. History of allergy to study drugs
- •3\. BMI \>30 kg/m2
- •4\. Patients having renal or hepatic
- •insufficiency,
- •neurologic and psychiatric disease
- •5\. Preoperative heart rate \<45/min
- •6\. Patients on antihypertensive medication with
- •any alpha 2 adrenergic agonist e.g clonidine
- •7\. If laparoscopic cholecystectomy converted to
