Signs and symptoms of herpes labialis virus infection
Exclusion Criteria
Definitive diagnosis of herpes by taking a history by an oral health specialist
Onset of herpes lesions more than 48 hours

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Pain intensity. Timepoint: The pain intensity was evaluated after treatment at1 and 3 days follow-up sessions. Method of measurement: visual analogue scale (VAS).;Lesion size. Timepoint: Recurrence Wound healing was evaluated 1, 3, 7 days before and 10 after treatment by measuring the lesion size (mm). Method of measurement: According to lesion size , 0 represented lack of lesion, 0-2 mm represented mild lesions , 2-5 mm represented moderate lesions , 5 mm< represented large lesions.;Time to healing. Timepoint: followed 10 days after treatment. Method of measurement: day.
