简要总结
This study aims to evaluate the effect of Multimodal Cawthorne-Cooksey Exercises on cognitive function and gait performance in older adults with mild cognitive impairment. Participants aged 60 to 80 years with mild cognitive impairment and slow gait under cognitive load will be included. The intervention will be delivered over a period of eight weeks.
