Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Upper and lower extremity joint pain disorder lasting more than 6 months (based on subjective symptom)
  • Korean Version of Pain disability Questionnaire (K\-PDQ)\> 50/150
  • Ultrasonographic findings of pain\-related abnormalities in soft tissues

Exclusion Criteria

  • Severely deformed osteoarthritis (Kellgran\-Lawrence grade IV on X\-ray)
  • A history of fractures or surgery involving the associated joint
  • X\-rays are accompanied by significant congenital skeletal malformations or severe structural abnormalities.
  • Persistent pain after severe trauma
  • Accompanying neurological symptoms or confirmed by examination (eg neuroma),
  • Pain that persists after an infectious disease
  • Autoimmune diseases
  • Metabolic bone disease
  • Inability to assess organic pain due to psychiatric disorders
  • Maternal or pregnant woman
