Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\.Age:21\-60years
  • 2\.Patients arha for sadyo vamana and kosta shodhana
  • 3\.Patients giving consent for participating in the study

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\.Those having associated Alcohol addiction / Substance abuse
  • 2\.Any serious Cardiac Diseases like Supraventricular tachycardia, Arrhythmias, CAD with obstruction \> 60% in two major vessels
  • 3\.Uncontrolled Hypertension( \>160/100 mmHg) /Diabetes
  • 4\.Status asthmaticus and COPD
  • 5\.Pregnant and lactating women
  • 6\.Any significant psychiatric illness or mood disorder
  • 7\.HAD scale (A \+ D \>\= 19, the day of the selection and inclusion)
  • 8\.Subject smoking cigars or pipes exclusively
  • 9\.Subject taking any antismoking medication and/ or Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) in the previous month.
  • 10\.Those who are anarha for sadyo vamana and kosta shodhana
