Inclusion Criteria

1.Age:21-60years

2.Patients arha for sadyo vamana and kosta shodhana

3.Patients giving consent for participating in the study

Exclusion Criteria

1.Those having associated Alcohol addiction / Substance abuse

2.Any serious Cardiac Diseases like Supraventricular tachycardia, Arrhythmias, CAD with obstruction > 60% in two major vessels

3.Uncontrolled Hypertension( >160/100 mmHg) /Diabetes

4.Status asthmaticus and COPD

5.Pregnant and lactating women

6.Any significant psychiatric illness or mood disorder

7.HAD scale (A + D >= 19, the day of the selection and inclusion)

8.Subject smoking cigars or pipes exclusively

9.Subject taking any antismoking medication and/ or Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) in the previous month.

10.Those who are anarha for sadyo vamana and kosta shodhana

11.Those who are taking any other medications interfering with the treatment protocol

12.Those who are allergic to the medications
