Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Age:21\-60years
  • •2\.Patients arha for sadyo vamana and kosta shodhana
  • •3\.Patients giving consent for participating in the study

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Those having associated Alcohol addiction / Substance abuse
  • •2\.Any serious Cardiac Diseases like Supraventricular tachycardia, Arrhythmias, CAD with obstruction \> 60% in two major vessels
  • •3\.Uncontrolled Hypertension( \>160/100 mmHg) /Diabetes
  • •4\.Status asthmaticus and COPD
  • •5\.Pregnant and lactating women
  • •6\.Any significant psychiatric illness or mood disorder
  • •7\.HAD scale (A \+ D \>\= 19, the day of the selection and inclusion)
  • •8\.Subject smoking cigars or pipes exclusively
  • •9\.Subject taking any antismoking medication and/ or Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) in the previous month.
  • •10\.Those who are anarha for sadyo vamana and kosta shodhana
