Inclusion Criteria
1) Patients with Interdental Clinical attachment loss of = 5mm, Probing depth =6mm and with moderate ridge defects
2) Patients with horizontal/vertical bone loss with bone loss extending to middle third of the root or beyond
3) 30 undergraduate students, 30 postgraduate students and 30 faculty members
Exclusion Criteria
1) Patients who underwent oral prophylaxis in last 3 months.
2) Pregnant and lactating women.
3) Patients with uncontrolled systemic diseases
