1. An adult male and female between the ages of 19 and 80
2. A patient scheduled for arthroscopic surgery on the knee joint
3. A person who voluntarily decides to participate and agrees in writing
1. Patients with fever above 38? within 24 hours prior to surgery
2. A patient with an active infection
3. Patients with different surgeries in the same area at the same time(Skilled bone surgery, etc)
4. Subjects susceptible to infection(Cancer, immunocompromised, etc)
5. Patients who are allergic or have side effects to taurorin or ceparosporin antibiotics
6. Patients requiring systemic steroid use
7. Any other person deemed inappropriate by a researcher to participate in the study
