Inclusion Criteria
uncontrolled primary glaucoma and secondary glaucoma
vascularity score of Würzburg bleb classification score (WBCS) of post-operative bleb is <2 and/or Corkscrew vessels score < 3
older than 18 years old
Exclusion Criteria
post-operative hypotony, wound leak, flat anterior chamber,
suprachoroidal hemorrhage, choroidal detachment
One eye condition
neovascular glaucoma and uveitic glaucome
Recent Myocardial infarction or Stroke
During pregnancy or lactation
