Inclusion Criteria
- •uncontrolled primary glaucoma and secondary glaucoma
- •vascularity score of Würzburg bleb classification score (WBCS) of post-operative bleb is <2 and/or Corkscrew vessels score < 3
- •older than 18 years old
Exclusion Criteria
- •post-operative hypotony, wound leak, flat anterior chamber,
- •suprachoroidal hemorrhage, choroidal detachment
- •One eye condition
- •neovascular glaucoma and uveitic glaucome
- •Recent Myocardial infarction or Stroke
- •During pregnancy or lactation
