Inclusion Criteria

age between 30-60 years old; every two sexes; legally married; monogamy; the patient and his wife do not impediment to sexual communication; literate; diagnosis of MI is confirmed by a physician for samples; be admitted in ccu and is at least the third day of their stay (they have the ability to communicate); first MI; known case of depression; anxiety and stress do not have; do not have sexual disorders like premature ejaculation, sexual reluctance dyspareunia, vaginismus and ... ; do not have serious complications of myocardial infarction.
Exclusion criteria: patient and partner can be a barrier sexual communication; patient experience secondary MI; have Known case of depression; anxiety and stress; do have sexual disorders like premature ejaculation; sexual reluctance dyspareunia; vaginismus and ...; do have serious complications of myocardial infarction.
