Aim of study is to compare effect of Trataka with Jalneti and Trataka in management of digital eye strain among IT Professionals . Study type is Non randomised interventional study of duration one month . 80 patients are selected and follow up will be done on 0th , 15 th , 30 th day . In Ayurveda Trataka and Jalneti are Shatkarma .

入选标准
- •IT Professionals aged 25-40 years 2) Minimum 6 hours of daily screen time .
- •Diagnosed with DES ( based on Computer Vision Syndrome Questionnarie, (CVS-Q) Symptoms.
排除标准
- •Pre -existing ocular diseases (eg.glaucoma , severe myopia ) 2) Recent eye surgery , nose surgery or trauma .
- •nasal obstruction contraindicating Jalneti.(Deviated nasal septum, polyp) 4) Participants on other DES treatment 5) Uncontrolled systemic illness ( eg.
- •Diabetes , Hypertension ).
